Refund policy
Returns and Exchange
Due to all items being made to order, we cannot, under any circumstance, offer a refund or exchange unless an item is faulty.
If your item is faulty or your order arrived damaged in transit, please hold onto all packaging and reply to your order email for assistance.
If there is an error on our part will happily replace items if they are not as per your order due to a fault by Rosie Meringue e.g. the wrong size to what you have requested or name has been spelt incorrectly.
Please make sure all items for return are reported and returned within 14 days. To do so email us at hello@rosiemeringue.co.uk.
