All items are sent via regular mail with Royal Mail. They are packaged safely using tissue paper and in boxes to prevent items from being damaged in transit. Once your order has been shipped Rosie Meringue can accept no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.
Rosie Meringue takes no responsibility if an item does not arrive to you in time if needed for a gift or birthday party prop when this date is within the 1 week turn around or just outside of this time. You must allow shipping time from the 7 day period it may take to ship your order. All orders are shipped from Devon, England.
Standard UK delivery is sent 2nd class Royal Mail which usually takes 1-3 working days after dispatch depending on the service.

Express UK delivery is sent via Next Day Royal Mail and we cut and dispatch within 1-2 days. Someone will need to be home to sign for the parcel.
UK shipping is free for all orders over £30, standard delivery is £3.95 and express is £10.
We ship worldwide, however if you do not see your country at checkout please contact us for a shipping quote.
International postage price is £5.
Express international delivery is sent via The fasted delivery option to your country and we cut and dispatch within 1-2 days. Someone will need to be home to sign for the parcel.
We allow up to 28 working days before a parcel is considered missing, at which point we will make a claim with the shipping company. Once the claim has been logged we will always reship a lost parcel, however please note that this may take up to 2 weeks.
Please make sure you double check your delivery address at checkout, as once an item has been posted we are unable to alter the address. In the event that an incomplete address has been entered at checkout and the parcel has already been sent, we would need to wait for the item to be returned back to us as undeliverable. Redelivery postage is the responsibility of the customer. Sometimes the parcel may not be returned to us and become lost because of an address error, in this case the order would need to be placed again as we cannot accept responsibility for an address entered incorrectly.
